Terms and conditions for Twice a Week Membership

• Monthly fee will be charged to your credit card automatically every month.
• Auto pay will continue until you cancel your membership.
• 30 day written notice required in order to cancel.
  
• No reimbursement for holds after billing has processed.
• Fit4Mom 2x week membership is limited to two class a week. Excess use of classes will result in $10 fee automatically charged to your card.
• Classes do not rollover to the next month. Any unused classes are lost.
• Non-refundable
• Non transferable

With your paid monthly membership you are given free access to FIT4MOM OnDemand. You will have unlimited access to OnDemand workouts. When your FIT4MOM membership is properly cancelled according to the Terms and Conditions, your OnDemand subscription will be automatically cancelled. If you would like to keep your OnDemand subscription you can re-enroll using the same login information and purchase your desired paid subscription.
